RETURNS POLICY



When you purchase from Corporate Toner Supply, you can be confident that you will receive premium quality, factory-sealed products. In the event you are not satisfied with the quality and performance of the product you purchased, you may select to have the product replaced or to receive a full refund of the purchase price.
 

Corporate Toner Supply guarantees your complete satisfaction!

The following warranty policies apply in the event you are unsatisfied with the print quality or the product received is defective:
 
Compatible replacement cartridges (which replace the OEM brand) are warranted for a period of 180 days from the date of purchase invoice. You may return a product for replacement or full refund within the 180 day warranty period. 
 
Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) brand cartridges are only warrantied by the manufacturer starting Jan 1st 2017. 
 

To Return a Product:

Please download the Return Merchandise Form, print it, complete all the required fields and include this form with your return.
 
This form will be used to track your replacement product or refund, whichever is requested. Return the product in the original packaging and include a copy of the invoice and any  information needed to apply appropriate credit to your account. 
Provide any additional information you feel will be helpful to our staff to process your request.
 
Due to the competitive prices of products offered by Corporate Toner supply, we must strictly adhere to the return policy herein provided.
